Ella’s philosophy involves a balanced approach to High-Intensity Weight Training. She is an experienced practitioner having accumulated thousands of hours coaching clients since 2019.

Ella applies her positive attitude to every session and her clients respond and reciprocate. She allows them to find their way to derive enjoyment from training hard and training intelligently. 

Ella aims to build confidence as well as physical strength at each stage of her programme progressions.
