REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principles and movements of mat Pilates with the reformer machine. It can help improve muscle tone, strength, posture, flexibility, and stamina.

METCON
Short for metabolic conditioning. MetCon is one of our more intense classes, comprising all forms of exercise designed to improve your strength, power, coordination and muscular endurance.

KETTLEBELLS
Suitable for all abilities, this class uses kettlebell exercises to promote an increase in total body strength, stamina, and skill.

HOT YOGA
We're taking Yoga to the next level! We heat our studio to almost 40 degrees to give you the perfect environment to promote increased flexibility and numerous other benefits.
Pregnant women are advised not to participate in a hot yoga class. Those with other medical conditions should consult their doctor first.

FIERCE
Fierce is a workout that combines a range of strength and power exercises. This is an intense class that’s designed to push through your training ceiling taking your muscles, heart and lungs to the next level. This is not for the faint hearted.
*Individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions or respiratory conditions should not do this class.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a class that provides an all body work out using a range of bodyweight exercises. This class is designed to burn calories, lots of calories, and keep you burning them long after your workout!

Get focused and connected to your body with Pilates. This class enables all abilities to learn how specific movements and breathing patterns work to enhance wellbeing whilst strengthening the body with an emphasis on the core.

STRENGTH
Strength is suitable for all abilities and is aimed towards increasing participants' muscular strength. This is done using weights for added resistance, longer periods of work, and longer rest periods.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing. Our expert instructors will guide you through a sequence of postures bringing your body and mind into alignment, leaving you feeling de-stressed and ready to take on the World!

CIRCUITS
Circuits will get that heart rate going! Using a variety of cardio and weight-based exercise's around multiple stations in a circuit, this class is designed for non-stop movement to help burn as many calories as possible within a 45m timeframe.

BAR STRONG
A very popular class for individuals wanting to increase their strength. Bar-strong is suitable for all abilities. Using barbell exercises, this class will give you confidence in your technique to help you build muscle and strength.

BARRE
Looking to develop your strength with a fun, ballet orientated background? Barre, has you covered. Suitable for all abilities, this specialist class is designed to build up your lower strength whilst putting a smile on your face.

LBT
Short for legs, bums and tums – this class does what it says on the tin. LBT is a progressive intensity lower body and core focus that will help you to firm up those glutes, thighs and abs whether you want to look great, be stronger or become more confident.
