Samuel Mitchell
Samuel is a great asset to our club. He is friendly and attentive to our members and is a conscientious trainer with an eye for detail. Samuel began his career as a small-group personal trainer, a service he now provides and continues to refine with us.
In addition to that, Samuel is an excellent one-to-one personal trainer specialising in all varieties of barbell lifts as well as nutrition relating to muscle mass gain, muscle tone, fat loss and health conditions.
